This elite group of individuals works closely with ABI to rigorously evaluate our curriculum, to provide internship, externship, and job opportunities for students and graduates, and to inform us about current trends in the Business, Retail, Sustainability and Hospitality fields. Ron Borland Ron holds a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability from Bond University is a qualified Building Thermal Performance Assessor (BERS Pro), a Green Star Accredited Professional Assessor, a Home Sustainability Assessor and holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Ron has a vast experience in the construction industry, stemming from 1975. Being CEO of a large public ASX listed Building and Development Company that in 1995 had a turnover of $59 million. This placed the company as one of the largest multi unit builders in Australia. Ron's experience in the building industry combined with his theoretical knowledge on Green building design, energy and thermal performance and sustainability is sure to assist you with practical, cost effective processes to ensure you and your clients's needs are meet whilst also conforming to government regulations. Robert Boylan Rob holds a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability from Bond University, is a qualified Home Sustainability Assessor and Valuer being a member of the Australian Property Institute. Rob has spent the past 38 years in the Property Industry as a Valuer, Project Manager and Property Developer. Rob's extensive valuation experience enforces the importance of adding value through energy efficient measures and the importance of these changes being economically viable. In turn this will add value to the property as well as ongoing savings on operating costs. Rob’s extensive experience in the Valuation and Project Development sector provides him the ability to offer you expert building energy assessment and sustainable energy solutions for your residential or commercial building needs. Nathan Lude Nathan has completed a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability from Bond University, has a Bachelor of Business Marketing, is a qualified Building Thermal Performance Assessor (BERS Pro) and Home Sustainability Assessor. Nathan has had broad experience, working in Property Management, Sales and Facility Management for the past 13 years. Over this time period, Nathan has noted energy as being one of the most recoverable expenses for any business or home owner. If the right energy saving techniques were implemented in the building design period or throughout the lifecycle of the asset, there would be tremendous outgoing expenses saved. Nathan believes that it is ever so important to focus on the way we design, construct and manage buildings as we move into the 21st Century. By more effective, efficient design processes, Nathan will ensure that you or your clients achieve lower operating costs, mitigation against buildings becoming obsolescent and ensuring your home or buildings comfort and quality. Executive TeamGraham Pasin Graham is ABI’s general manager overseeing the daily operations along with long term strategic planning and business development and Scope coordination of the institute. Graham has over 25 years experience in managing, marketing and operating Nationally Recognised Training Organisations throughout Australia. His knowledge covers a broad spectrum of industries and sectors, bringing Graham in with his expertise and strong business networking portfolio, has been invaluable to the institute. Joseph Brownlie Joseph is ABI’s Business Development Manager, overseeing training, compliance, marketing, tenders/funding, new business growth, and scope assistance. Joseph has over 25 years of industry knowledge and has extensive industry links, and brings over a decade of management and senior management experience in the Hospitality, Business and Education industries. Joseph holds qualifications in Commerical Cookery, Hospitality Management, and in addition has qualifications in Business, and Training & Assessment. His business attributes, marketing and networking abilities along with his highly developed interpersonal skills make him a valuable asset to the institute. Paula Moreton Head of our Accounts Department, Paula manages the companies accounting matters and financial affairs. Paula has managed Account Departments for a number of successful companies before joining our team, and has substantial working experience in financial/management, reporting, bookkeeping, ATO reporting, staffing and many other associated procedures.
